We have a need in the Wigan Home.

Working Hours: 20

Typically, Mon - Friday but may need to work a weekend sometimes if necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

Necessary:

1. Previous experience of working in a care home

2. NMC registered pin

It is desirable but not essential to have the following experience:

• Previous experience of working in a similar supervisory role

• Experience working with service users who have additional support needs

• Knowledge of rota planning ensuring adequate staff on duty with correct skill mix and fair allocation of off-duty/annual leave
