In 1996 a large Nursing Home in Wigan was bought. The home now cares for 45 brothers and sisters. Some in the Home are younger brothers and sisters who have physical disabilities.
The home is registered for nursing care which enables us to look after those brothers and sisters who fall into that category and who need a registered nurse to meet their needs.
We have recently added 5 units above the kitchen and dining room to accommodate extra live-in workers. Over the years various properties have been bought in the vicinity to house live-in workers to meet the needs of our brothers and sisters. Another recent addition is a garden feature which has been specifically designed for wheelchair access for the brothers and sisters to enjoy the garden.
